Installation

To install MDPath on your local machine or cluster, you can easily install it using pip. First, open a terminal and run the following command:

pip install mdpath

All required dependencies will be installed alongside MDPath. We recommend using Python version 3.10 or later to ensure compatibility with the package. Once the installation is complete, MDPath is ready to be used.
